Visualization of Muscle Architecture
This image was featured in my first PhD publication "A roadmap to Reconstructing Muscle Architecture from CT Data" (). Muscles contain rich architectural information that is indicative of performance but also can be used to study morphological differences across organisms. This work intends to facilitate the complex analysis of fibrous muscle from 3D images.
